Dear you,
Over the past few days, Marko and I have deeply enjoyed spending some quiet time together. In our gîte stood a one-and-a-half-meter-tall Shiva Nataraj, exactly the statue that was on my birthday wish list last March. It has a special pull on me, and I found myself gazing at it for hours.
I have deliberately never read much about it, because I love allowing symbols to sink in and feeling what they mean to me personally.
A beautiful and profound insight unfolded about the universal dance of life, and I realized that this symbol perfectly represents the Energy Mastery Program that will follow the EMP.
Still lingering in that experience, I found myself wondering in the same way:
“If we were already celebrating Christmas before Jesus was born, what would we have been celebrating then?”
Yes, I know, that’s such a Vera question… Well, this time, this is what came to me:
The shortest and darkest day has just passed.
As the end of the inward journey, in which we had to light the inner flame within ourselves in order to see…
And at the same time: the cold winter is only just beginning.
From that inner light, warmth is now invited to radiate outward again, to warm our surroundings as well.
The annual breathing of the seasons.
The rhythm of natural processes of which we are a part.
The still point after the in-breath, in which we took everything from the summer inward with us, where the out-breath of transformation first becomes visible close to ourselves.
Until, in spring, it begins to recreate our outer world.
The Emotion Codex also turned out to reveal a remarkable developmental cycle with a precise sequence.
Also as a kind of breathing, growing larger and stronger within ourselves, and for the world around us.
Life is full of symbolism.
Beautifully expressed in the different religions, each in its own way, each with its own flavor. I appreciate them all, but… as my father always said: I also like to think for myself. Because ultimately, we see what we believe, so it’s worth doing that carefully.
Dear you, I wish you a warming Christmas!
Warmly , Vera
