Dear you,
I just had a guidance call with two students and we talked about a situation in which one of them experienced a lot of emotions. Such situations feel very emotionally loaded and it’s very difficult to decipher which emotions are felt, let alone what they want to tell you. It’s just one unpleasant emotional blur that you want to get rid of…
This is a very common situation when you live a life in Western society. We’ve learned to think and overthink things over and over again. And emotions continuously provide you with feedback on all those believes. This is because beliefs are meant to be used as a direction tool. But if those directions don’t fit your soul signature or soul purpose, your emotions will be very busy trying to wake you up and get the steering wheel back into your own hands.
We interpret all that emotional noise as inconvenient. Unpleasant. Unuseful and even harmful. Of course you want to get rid of them! And you should! Because they only cramp, because you are out of balance! So, when you listen to and use their feedback to rebalance again, they will disappear… And then their mission is completed…
For now.
They will keep coming up, you know.
To help you.
And so I guided her through that moment, to first not see it as a moment, but as a timeline and to look closely to when emotions arose, and to divide them in different types (emotion groups). That gives a lot more insight and structure to your inner world.
Tears of gratefulness came up.
Tears that open all of our hearts.
Because when you open up about emotions, you touch people.
That’s why I love emotions so much. They don’t only serve as our route map, they also have the capacity to connect us.
If you want to be guided by me.
Tune in several times a week.
Plus learn everything about emotions. So deep you’ll not find elsewhere…
And connect from there with other people.
Just book a call, and we’ll discuss the possibilities.
Love, Vera
