Love
The force of emotion group love
helps us connect with the people,
animals, and plants around us,
giving us a sense of “home.”
But we can also lose ourselves
when we try to grasp at these
connections to make ourselves
happy. Emotions in this group,
therefore, signal us clearly when
there’s something processing
within our own self-connection.

and its “sibling” emotions.
Surprise
The force of emotion group surprise
helps us filter focus from a
multitude of information, essential
for creation. But we can also trap
ourselves in a limited perspective
and lose sight of the bigger picture.
Discover more about surprise and
its “sibling” emotions.
Fear
The force of emotion group fear
drives us to step into the world,
balancing on the edge of tension
and adventure.
But we can also lose control
over ourselves when the
outside world feels
overwhelmingly threatening.
Discover more about fear
and its “sibling” emotions.
Disgust
The force of emotion group disgust
helps us adapt to our environment
by feeling empathy for others.
But we can also lose ourselves
when we overly engage in others'
feelings, desires, and actions,
depleting our own energy and
becoming unwell.
Discover more about disgust and
its “sibling” emotions.
Sadness
The force of emotion group
sadness helps us keep our
energetic body compact as a
healthy foundation for our
physical body. But we can also
become too tense, holding on too
tightly and forgetting how to let
go, leaving us feeling sad and
unhappy. Discover more about
sadness and its “sibling” emotions.
Anger
The force of emotion group
provides us with a powerful
driving force, building momentum
until we tap into it and take action.
But we can also lose control and
release it outward in an
uncontrolled way.
Discover more about anger and
its “sibling” emotions.
Joy
The force of emotion group joy
inspires us to explore the world
around us and dive into new ideas.
But we can also get caught up in
endless fun, euphoria, and eureka
moments… losing track of what to
focus on or rushing past ourselves
entirely. Discover more about joy
and its “sibling” emotions.
Shame
The force of emotion group shame
helps us to be unique individuals
with our own values and standards
to live by. But there’s a risk of
becoming stuck in the rigidity of
overly high expectations, rules, and
judgments about ourselves and/or
others. Discover more about shame
and its “sibling” emotions.

We’re often taught to manage, suppress, or “get over” our emotions.
But what if emotions aren’t obstacles, what if they are intelligent signals trying to guide us?
In this free webinar, Vera Helleman reveals how emotion, when truly understood, becomes a compass, not just for healing, but for aligned living.
Your emotions have always been speaking. Now is the time to understand their language.

In a world that teaches us to suppress, distract, or push through, this course offers a radically different path: the path of feeling.
You’ll discover why we avoid emotions, what happens when we do, and how to meet your feelings with compassion instead of control. You’ll begin to understand emotions not as problems to fix, but as messengers to listen to, leading you back to wholeness.
This is more than a course.
It’s a remembering.
Of your truth. Your sensitivity. Your creative power.
Let feeling become your strength, not your burden.
